Hi, just wanted to let you know I lost 29 pounds over 6 months - so September 2023 to March 2024 to get to target. First time with slimming world and I’m not a meat eater so had to really think about the protein. It is achievable, takes lots of planning and the weeks when there is no weight loss are grrhhhh but then I might have lost 4 pounds the next week. Wishing you all the luck.

My cocker died on the 4th of July this year. It’s made me real sad. This video was posted 5 years ago. The year we got her. Seeing these cockers so happy makes me happy, knowing she will be in a better place. Fly high Frankie🕊️🫶🏻

Having another go at hot pot and trying to make our own strawberry daiquiris was great! Hot pot is new of my fave meals - you can make it hover ever you want, change out the meat, add more veg, or change the flavour of the broth/stock. It's delish and I find it a fun meal to share together or with friends. Have you tried it? Whats your fave things to add into your hot pot? Lou x x

Finally something ill keep. All 3 skincare items im happy for. Last month sucked. If the lashes are big enough my daughter will like them. Sorry.. 4 items. They tried to claim last month would be worth the very long wait. It wasnt.. I didnt like anything. Got my like 5th blush palette. Just hope I get fruity scents and ill be in love. I do hope I dont get mango though. I dont like mango. Love every other fruit smell.
